If external forces are going to have you flipping the day late regardless on certain occasions, my preference would be that the day ends as close to possible as the flip; ergo, the late timeframe. Again, not a strong preference.

That's a tough balance - I was wrong, thinking 22 was the 4/5 boundary, but it's really the 5/6 boundary. The extra wolf powers help out a bit, but I think you're right - might be on the low side - guess it depends on what awaits the humans in Beaver Country.

One last point - if dense fog replaces a maul, it's going to be incredibly easy for the vigilante to know when the dense fog is in effect (there's no GA, so the only thing a missed maul could possibly mean is Fog-Play).
