If we're considering moving to another forum software we should probably stay on the 3.1.x branch rather than move to 3.2.x. 3.2.x changes a bunch of the internal datatypes and requires new migration tools to be developed (and they haven't yet).

With a split vote like that the dreamlands/extend voting doesn't have to be mandatory. Just treat a failure to cast a dreamlands/extend vote as a vote to do neither.

Maybe make a separate vote to either empower the Dreamlands or extend the day? i.e. you're voting based on where to send the metaphysical energy or something? That frees up the lynch to be reliable.

Yeah, seeing how it played out I have zero regrets passing on the opportunity to play in the Mafia Championships.
