Unicorn Twilight. None of that rage inducing twilicorn crap for me!RaveBomb wrote:Glad for the happy ending. Hopefully no damage to the car?
The ignition is broken, but it shouldn't be too much work to get it fixed, and the insurance will cover it anyway. Just super annoying, much like missing a vote snipe by literally 2 seconds.
Also, I feel somewhat insulted the car was abandoned. Like, what, isn't my car worth stealing? twdog's car: so crappy even car thieves don't want it.
The Alicorn thing didn't bother me so much - I was more surprised about it than anything else. But yea, Uni version is cool. *brohoof*
Personally, I always use cars that aren't that expensive either. It 'not worth being stolen' is practically a feature! Besides, if they left it at another crime destination that shows what their true goal was - to have a dump vehicle. Makes me wonder if they stole a car at the next location too. *shrug* regardless, glad you got it back man!
[e]: Actually, I've had a car get broken into once. I was working as a waiter at a comedy club and came out to see some moron had broken a side window of my roughly 8-10 year old Mazda 626 (not fancy). I called police and found that they'd broken into my car and started to try and steal my factory-standard radio/cassette player and given up (I presume in disgust). The only indication the car had been broken into was the smashed window, a partially detached panel for the center column where the radio was and the theft of my change in the car (which would've been less than $2.00). The cop and I had a fair bit of a laugh about it (he got me to see the humor in it - I was pissed at first and then horribly confused why they would even bother) so, I'm glad your situation wasn't too bad either.
