TWG CXVII - Hiller's Mallow

Down the road from Miller's Hollow is the quirky and frankly hippy-dippyish burg of Hiller's Mallow. They do things a little differently there: they drive on the left side of the road, they spool the toilet paper backward over the roll, and they wear leeks in their belts instead of onions.

Somethings are the same though. They've got a werewolf problem.

Rules
This is a mostly-standard wolf game, with roles from the Miller's Hollow version. We will have wolves and villagers, and depending on the number of players, we will have a Seer, a Witch, a Guardian Angel, and a Vigilante (in that order).

The main difference in this game is that the residents of Hiller's Mallow are big on trust, and trusting in trust. Instead of voting for a lynch, they instead vouch for another player, declaring them to be trusted and innocent. Once one person declares another innocent, that person will then select someone that they believe to be innocent, and so on. The last person standing is clearly untrustworthy and will be lynched.

There are no vote retractions. If you declare someone innocent, you cannot later take it back. The only exceptions are in the case of someone dying during daytime (either via vigilante shot or WOG). If that happens, all votes are reset and start from scratch.

Game Flow
Each game day will continue until all votes are placed, rather than sticking to a 24-hour day. Players are expected to make at least three substantial posts per day. There is no penalty (as of yet) for failing to meet this, but good discussion will buy more leeway when it comes to WOG decisions.

Because players can only make their vote once they have been selected, this could cause delays in play if people aren't able to check in frequently. If a player does not make a vote within six hours of being tapped, they will lose their "safe" status and the original player will vote for someone else. Multiple skips may result in WOG.

To help avoid being skipped while at work or sleeping, players can make a proxy conditional vote before their turn comes up, and name up to four players they would vote for if they get a chance. If the clock runs out, I'll use their list to make a vote on their behalf. Proxy votes will be made publicly (but not using the vote tag).

Roles
The Seer and GA are standard versions of the role.

The Vigilante is not a Hunter. They are a conventional vig-style role, with the caveat that their kill can only happen during the day. This is a one-time-use power.

The Witch is a combo nighttime doctor/vig. They have one healing potion that can restore life to one werewolf victim and one poison potion that can kill one victim at night. These are both one-time-use powers.

There is no Sheriff.
