Re: Thread
Two wolves down, I think we pretty much have to choose human. Also I think any other alliance is probably going to choose human, too.

Re: Thread
Should we coordinate a maul together then push for lynching that person tomorrow? So we can be "not Alpha" which leaves only two wolf spots, very low odds.
Re: Thread
That would be good. Alternatively we can try to lynch people we have already mauled.
Re: Thread
I already vigged Zark. Is there a way to make him more likely to resolve as a wolf?

Re: Thread
Make him resolve as a wolf. Hmm. Well, the only one we can really affect is the Alpha wolf, and that requires that we know who he attempted to maul so far. I asked him for a non-aggression pact at the start of the game, but so far he prefers to trade favors. I told him I expect he wants to keep you alive, rekard, because if he allows you to be lynched, your vigilante shot could resolve. If he dies first, he dodges your shot.
The only person he's hinted at being related to is DOM, but I strongly suspect he's also working with Hellheart. Since he asked for DOM to be left alone, that either means he mauled him and wanted to preserve his wolf-chances (since this was before two wolves died), or it could mean the opposite. Helpful, I know!

Re: Thread
Another thought on making Zark a wolf. Whoever he picks for lynch, we should not allow that person to get lynched. I expect most people are interested in lynching one of their earlier mauls today, so if that applies to Zark, you don't want him to be successful. Picking anyone else at all will increase the chances that he stays Alpha-viable.
We should pick a common maul target if we're going to try to rule out being Alpha. Obviously it would help if it's not a lynch leader, but we also shouldn't put off picking for too long.

Re: Thread
Apparently Zark has done a mass PM shenanigans of messaging a lot of people to make alliances everywhere.
I got messaged that he is attempting to do a mass seer on me and wants me to be resolved. Smells to me he is trying to wolf me out since that makes me less likely to be a real vig.

Re: Thread
How about mauling Rictus it even Zark. I will say that I vigged Zark as a deterrent to limit his options. Or who else could we maul?

Re: Thread
Rictus is fine for a maul tonight and lynch tomorrow. You're currently voting for him for lynch today, though. Ryvvn probably also works, might be easy enough to get him lynched tomorrow.
I had heard that he wanted you seered. I think that's more likely to resolve you as human, though. The odds that a person is seer and you are human is better than the odds that a person is seer and you are a wolf. If his intent is to get you seered a lot so you become a wolf, that might backfire on him.

Re: Thread
Yeah, but that still potentially can increase my wolfiness if the dice align. There is no other real reason to try and seer me.
Also it's quantum. Voting for whatever is like whatever hah.

Re: Thread
But well Ryyvn or Rictus for lynchahe? Hmmm. Sounds good. Any other target?

Re: Thread
Either works for me. Depending on fallout Rictus could have been nommed by me last night, so could move him up in the list for tonight.
Trying to predict the day votes is tricky. Imagine it's mostly at the whims of the various factions trying to go one way or the other. Perhaps if one of us has Seered a wolf they might make a good target to see if we could resolve the Seer?
As for the overall direction I kind of like going with a human win. It's been a good start with getting two wolves already so possibly might be easier to get that win.

Re: Thread
Okay, I'm going to be traveling, so I'll put in a vote for Rictus today, and attempt to maul Ryvvn so we can lynch him tomorrow.
Re: Thread
Btw, I have mauled ryyvn and dom. I missed day 2 mauls and seer.
Re: Thread
Yeah, apparently Zark is putting his plan in action or something but he's playing various sides to see which one fits better. He apparently has been talking with 6 different parties. So careful

Re: Thread
Looks like that feud is over now.
I was re-reading to catch up, and I only just noticed I had misunderstood the first time:
No, he can't. A conditional is evaluated only on the night it's issued. The conditional doesn't wait for an Alpha to resolve, it's already resolved. So if Rictus was on your conditional list but wasn't ever your first person to maul, you haven't mauled him. I bet dferrantino would be willing to tell you the list of people you have mauled if you're confused about how it works. (It should just be the first name on your list each time.)
Our first order of business is still to lynch Ryvvn so we're all not-Alpha. Then the next order of business is to find and lynch any other person who could be Alpha. We need to start looking for people who haven't managed to lynch a maul target yet. Getting the Alpha killed (without us being possible Alphas) allows us to move on to the next wolf-invalidation, which will be Beta.
Please let us know if you've heard anything that hints at a vulnerable potential-Alpha!

DOM has been seeded as a wolf by at least two players. He could be a good target.

Re: Thread
Hellheart says Ryvvn believes he is targeted by another alliance for Alpha-invalidation, because he jumped in Dead %. If we move on Ryvvn, there might be some help from that alliance. (He also said the same of That PJ, but nobody has voted for him, so it would be harder to imagine that working out.)
-edit-
Going to vote Ryvvn now before too many other bandwagons get started.

Okay, I have voted Ryvvn, and passed an excuse to Hellheart so he doesn't counter-wagon me or something.

Re: Thread
Nothing as far a Alpha-wolf reads here. Really not talking with others so nothing to share.
If DastardlyOldMan has been fingered by a couple as a possible wolf it might not hurt to get him. Assuming of course that what's been passed is true.
