Close again.

The layers of these factions are still unraveling.

Any word on the seer results?

Current players:
Okaros - Spy
Rictus - Spy
Aldax - Spy

7-zark-7 - Rogue
twdog - Rogue

FurinMirado - Psychopath

simple_simon - vampire

Obviously we need to revisit these results. And still waiting on the seer result to confirm twdog is a rogue (and I'm going to predict "Not the nutjob")

One interesting thing to note:

Unlike Newpolis we got no confirmation of Nightis being evicted, so there's still one of them floating around somewhere.

Oh, and this?

Pretty ballsy coming from the one person who's unlynchable. Maybe I'm a bit paranoid but it's pretty easy to see the perfect convert would be....

The fun part of this is: If I've been converted you don't have much choice but to play along with me. You can't kill me ahead of the last lynch or you lose.

But I haven't been converted (yet). So cinch up your pants and lets kill everyone else. We can sort out which one of us is the traitor along the way.
(I seem to recall someone else suggesting just such a statement for the wolf forum, hmm... :P )

I know...

Regardless of which one of us has been converted, there's only so many other places for them to go and still have the game continue. So we can just lynch their teammates and it still ends the same.

So lets all pretend we're still one big happy family then. As we eliminate the opposition the problem of which of us is the traitor will very likely sort itself out.

Those of us that are loyal will want to keep us alive, and those of us that have traitorous leanings... should also want us all to stay alive in order to avoid being revealed.

Viva la Sikrits, yes?

On that note:

We have 7 people alive. Nobody is at 3 because we're not at lynch-or-lose.

So, some speculation:

We didn't get elimination notices for either Wasabeon or Nightis. It's probably safe to assume there's at least one of each remaining.

I'm guessing the current breakdown looks something like this:
Sikrit: 2 (our loyalists)
Vampirian: 2 (twdog + Zark)
Nightis: 1 (our traitor)
Wasabeon: 1 (Furin, probably converted when resurrected he came back from vacation)
The Nutjob (Psychopath): 1 (Simon, by process of elimination. All other living players besides Furin have been seered and it seems fairly obvious that the Nutjob was active while Furin was dead/nonfunctional)

mmm..Furin could still be our nutjob, I think. His role/faction wasn't revealed on death. Which could make Simon the wasabean. Doesn't really matter though. They're both single-player factions.

Also consider: Furin was returned to the game at some point Night 5 / Beginning Day 6.

Based on our "WOOP WOOP" post, our traitor was 'traitor-ed' on Night 6.

So Seer: Simple_Simon
Charming, to the last.

Yeah, furin/simon swapping is certainly a possibility. We could also theoretically have a furin/traitor/simon swap as well, but ultimately as long as they're singleton factions it doesn't really matter much at this point.

The real danger is one of two scenarios:
1) There's yet *another* Nightis convert floating around.
2) There's another Wasabeon convert floating around.

#1 seems incredibly unlikely. 3 conversions given to a 3-man team? Unbalanced much?

#2 is something I continue to ponder. We don't know enough about the Wasabeons, unfortunately.

So, here's my current thinking:

Our best bet to try and defuse any impending Aldax lynch today is to take out a target all/most of the secret factions can probably agree on. I.e. The Nutjob

That's probably Simon at this point, but it could theoretically be Furin.

Given current suspicions, I think we should try and lynch Simon. Either he flips Nutjob or he flips Wasabeon/Nightis and most likely eliminates that faction.

Is that acceptable to everyone here?

then.
